What an amazing evening at ADORE on 9th October. Fantastic worship, an inspiring talk from Mark Ritchie and total silence as God spoke into so many lives. You see the cross, either accept it or reject it, you just can’t ignore it.

Our next ADORE is on Sunday 11th March 2012. Get the date in your diary now so that you don’t miss out.

We’ve been busy putting the final details together for our next ADORE and what we believe is going to be another amazing opportunity to gather together to worship and hear God’s word. Quin and the guys from Shackleton will be joining us again ready to engage with our God through song and music and it is a privilege to also have with us as our speaker Mark Ritchie. Mark is a great friend of n:vision, we love to hear his stories and to share his passion for Jesus and love of God’s word. It will truly be an evening you won’t want to miss.

Apr 15, 2011 A Fresh encounter with God

When we used this as the title for the follow up notes for ADORE on 20th March, we had no real idea what God had in store for us, just expectant hearts, and boy He didn’t disappoint.

ADORE was another amazing evening, majestic worship led by Quin and the rest of the Shackleton guys, fun and laughter (that balloon game is genius), great to hear all about BigChurchDayOut directly from Tim Jupp himself and then inspired teaching from Roy Crowne (HOPE Together). Roy’s message challenged many present and the ministry team were privileged to pray not only with some of the young people, but some of their leaders as well.

This is what a couple of the youth leaders had to say:

“My young people had a great time and now can’t wait to come back to the next one in October.”

“Thank you, n:vision was amazing”

Feb 04, 2011 Happy filled youth leaders at n:vision :-)

“Excellent, excellent, excellent.”

This was just one comment from a youth leader who joined us on Tuesday 25th January for our latest Leaders Retreat evening.

Over eighty people, representing more than nine different denominations, streams and organisations from across Sussex, gathered at Dalesdown for an evening of great food, good company and amazing worship; an evening to bless, honour and pamper those who give out so much week after week working with the children and young people in their churches.

We will be putting plans together for another Leaders Retreat Evening. Keep an eye on our website for more information or email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and join our mailing list so the details can come straight into your inbox.

Oct 26, 2010 Adore retrospective and upcoming

ADORE on 10th October 2010 was another fantastic evening of worship with young people from across the South East uniting together in adoration and praise. The guys from Shackleton once again led the worship with their own great sound and Matt Summerfield, Executive Director of Urban Saints, challenged us to live lives of radical water walking faith. We have created some notes based on Matt’s talk, which we hope will help you follow up on the topics covered, and explore the themes of the talk further. Do contact us in the office if you would like a copy.

The next ADORE is Sunday 20th March 2011 when we will be joined by Roy Crowne, Executive Director of HOPE Together and former National Director of British Youth for Christ, as well as the guys from Shackleton. It promises to be another amazing evening so get the date in your diary now so you don’t miss out and we’ll see you there.

Did you join us at ADORE last night [sunday 28th March]?

What an amazing evening it was, a real privilege to stand shoulder to shoulder with a such large group of young people passionate about their faith and to pray with so many wanting to commit their lives to our Lord and Saviour. Do pray for those who responded to Gods call to ‘Run the race with perseverance’.

Shackleton were again fantastic as they led the worship with their own great sound and our speaker this time was Dave Newton from YFC. We have created some notes based on Dave’s talk that pick up on the topics covered. Do contact us in the office if you would like a copy.

The next ADORE is Sunday 10th October. See you there.

Feb 05, 2010 Reigate 2010 review

[author: ChiefGeek - categories: n:vision]

A cold and frosty evening didn’t stop over forty children’s and youth leaders gathering at Reigate Baptist Church for the most recent n:vision Leaders Retreat on Tuesday 26th January and what a great evening it was, fantastic fellowship, sumptuous food and plenty of time and space to soak in God’s presence.

What another amazing evening [sunday 11th October]. A challenging message, ‘Created to Thrive’ from Mark Ritchie on how God releases us from the things that trap and tangle us, so that we can live the lives he designed for us. Thirteen young people responded to the opportunity to invite Jesus into their lives for the first time and many many more stepped forward for prayer, asking God to revitalise them in their walk of faith. AWESOME.
